Entries may not be completed until funds have been received (and cleared) by the Greater Orlando Builders Association.\n Entrants must sign the 2017 Participation Agreement\n All entries open for tours must carry public liability insurance (minimum of $500\,000). A Certificate of Insurance is a requirement of entry and the Greater Orlando Builders Association\, Inc. must be listed as an additional insured party.\n All Entries owned by someone other than the Parade entrant\, must obtain an owner affidavit granting permission for the property to be showcased in the Parade of Homes. Affidavits must be provided to the GOBA prior to the entry going "live". Open to the Public Not Open Remodel Entry\n No entry/entrant/participant may charge admission or solicit donations for access to their entry in the Parade of Homes event.\n The Greater Orlando Builders Association's Parade of Homes committee and the sitting President of the Association reserve the right to refuse an entry\, and edit any and all content to be published on Parade of Homes materials (including\, but not limited to the Parade of Homes website and Guide).\n Judging for Remodel & Design Entries will likely take place Friday\, March 31st.\n Judging for all new home entries will likely take place April 5-7\, 2017. Entries must be complete and ready for judges all days between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. No exceptions.
