A Certificate of Insurance is a requirement of entry and the Greater Orlando Builders Association\, Inc. must be listed as an additional insured party.\n\n All Entries owned by someone other than the Parade entrant\, must obtain an owner affidavit granting permission for the property to be showcased in the Parade of Homes. Affidavits must be provided to the GOBA prior to the entry going ?live?. Download forms: Open To Public Not Open Remodel & Design Open To Public \n\n No entry/entrant/participant may charge admission or solicit donations for access to their entry in the Parade of Homes.\n\n The Greater Orlando Builders Association's Parade of Homes Committee and the sitting President of the Association reserve the right to refuse an entry\, and edit any and all content to be published on Parade of Homes materials (including\, but not limited to the Parade of Homes website and Guide).\n\n Judging for Remodel & Design Entries will likely take place Friday\, May 4.\n\n Judging for all new home entries will likely take place May 10-12.
