Is there any good news for the builder? Technological solutions are promising\, but no significant dent will be made in the next decade. Yet solving the trade shortage for an individual builder in a local market by becoming the "builder of choice" is actually not difficult   if the builder will do the right things. Solving for the longer term by increasing the supply\, however\, is a far greater challenge. There are solutions out there and great work is being done in many trade development cells around the country\, but 95% of home builders have failed to engage. In this session we'll look at the key steps required for both the short and long term\, and present the good news from those who are making a difference.
