Course Description: This course covers the requirements and steps Electrical Inspectors perform during electrical inspections from underground slab to final inspection as required in the Florida Building Code and in accordance with the approved set of plans

This Spring 2024 Series will run from May 2nd through August 8th.

1.  May 2nd -- Footing Inspections
2.  May 9th- Slab Inspections
3.  May 16th -- Lintel & Tie Beam Inspections
4.  May 23rd -- Exterior Frame & Lath Inspections
5.  May 30th -- Window & Sliding Door Inspections
6.  June 6th -- Framing Inspections

Week of June 13th off due to NAHB Conference in DC.

7.  June 20th-- Insulation Inspections
8.  June 27th -- Roof Inspections

Week of July 4th off due to holiday

9.   July 11th -- Single Family Residence Final Inspections
10. July 18th -- Pool Inspections
11. July 25th -- Plumbing & Gas Residential Inspections
12. August 1st -- Mechanical Residential Inspections
13. August 8th -- Electrical Residential Inspections
