- Entry Registration does NOT include a ticket to the Awards Ceremony.
ENTRY RULES & REGULATIONS - Entry fees must be paid in full prior to receiving any of the entry benefits. Entries may not be completed until funds have been received (and cleared) by the Greater Orlando Builders Association.
- Entrants must sign 2025 PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
- LIABILITY CERTIFICATE - All entries open for Parade Visits must carry public liability insurance with a minimum of $500,000. A Certificate of Insurance listing the Greater Orlando Builders Association or Apartment Association of Greater Orlando as an additional insured party is required for entry into the Parade of Homes.
- All Entries owned by someone other than the Parade entrant, must obtain a HOMEOWNER/RENTER AFFIDAVIT granting permission for the property to be showcased in the Parade of Homes. Affidavits must be provided to the GOBA prior to the entry going live. DOWNLOAD the relevant HOMEOWNER/RENTER AFFIDAVIT: OPEN TO PUBLIC
JUDGING
- The project or entry that you registered for the Parade will be the project or entry that will be judged. Changes will not be accepted, however you may opt out of judging.
- Judging of entries will be completed onsite by a panel of independent building industry professionals.
- Your entry MUST be complete and ready for judges May 8 or 9 for it to be eligible for an Award. Specific date and approximate visit time between 8am-5pm will be coordinated with entrant.
Additionally, if your entry is eligible for a Grand Award (see details below) it will be judged a second time on May 16.
No entry/entrant/participant may charge admission or solicit donations for access to their entry in the Parade of Homes.
The Greater Orlando Builders Association's Parade of Homes Committee and the sitting President of the Association reserve the right to refuse an entry and edit any and all content to be published on Parade of Homes materials.
WINNERS will be revealed at the Parade Awards Ceremony (date, location TBD). Event details to come.
DUE March 18: Public PRICING must be UPLOADED to online entry or communicated to cherry@greaterorlandoba.com otherwise,
entry will be disqualified from judging.
♦ Judges' decisions and scores are FINAL.
♦ The judging process as well as the judges themselves, criteria, and scores are CONFIDENTIAL and NOT DISCLOSED.
♦ The number of entries in each entry category dictates the sub-category of price ranges, which differs every year.
♦ Price ranges are revealed during the Awards Ceremony.
♦ Any entry that qualifies for GRAND JUDGING must have placed First in their sub-category AND must have also received a minimum grand judging score from the judges.
♦ Not every single First Place winner qualifies for grand judging.
