Join us for a special presentation by OnSyte Performance on their Distributed WasteWater Treatment System (DWTS).
Distributed Wastewater Treatment Systems (DWTS) is a new category of wastewater treatment solutions for homebuilding and land development in Florida. Regulated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), a DWTS provides municipal grade wastewater services within a regulatory framework that bypasses the hurdles of septic tanks (OSTDS) and avoids delays with traditional sewer availability.
Key Topics Covered:
-
What is a DWTS?
-
DWTS vs. Traditional Sewer & Septic
-
Implementation Requirements
- Developer & Builder Advantages
This session is ideal for builders, developers, and engineers seeking innovative utilities strategies to maximize land yield and accelerate project schedules.
JBC meets regularly with the building officials from counties and municipalities in the Greater Orlando region. Our goal is to create and maintain a constructive dialog to promote the timely exchange of information related to plans review, permitting and inspection processes. Field and construction supervisors of builder members are encouraged to participate.
