About the Instructor:
Stephanie Peterson brings a motivating, positive energy and sense of encouragement to her teaching, empowering her students to find challenge, connection and joy on and off the yoga mat. She is a 200hr RYT, specializing in Power Yoga and is currently pursuing her 500 hr RYT YA Certification. Stephanie approaches her yoga practice with a spirit of humor, good music and an open mind. Her classes are creative, accessible to all levels and allows the student to achieve a mind-body connection that brings them a deep sense of happiness, calm and balance.
