CivilCorp Engineering, Inc. is a Florida-based civil engineering firm providing comprehensive site development and infrastructure design services for residential, commercial, and municipal projects.
Our services include site planning and design, grading and drainage, stormwater management, water and sewer systems, lift station and force main design, utility coordination, flood studies, and construction administration. We also provide permitting and coordination with local municipalities and state agencies, including FDEP, SJRWMD, SFWMD, and SWFWMD.
CivilCorp works closely with developers, homebuilders, architects, contractors, and public agencies to move projects efficiently from initial planning and design through permitting and construction. Our team brings extensive experience navigating complex permitting requirements, resolving agency comments, and developing practical engineering solutions tailored to each site.
Based in Maitland, Florida, CivilCorp serves clients throughout Central Florida and across the state, with a focus on responsive service, strong communication, and hands-on involvement throughout every phase of a project.
