GREATER ORLANDO BUILDERS ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES 2023 PARADE OF HOMES™ WINNERS
ORLANDO, Fla. (June 8, 2023) – The Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), the authority, educator and promoter of the housing and building industry, announces the winners for the 70th annual Parade of Homes Orlando.Parade of Homes Orlando was held May 6-14 and showcased Central Florida’s most inspiring homebuilders, designers, and apartment communities. Innovations in homebuilding, architectural design, energy efficiency, smart homes, outdoor living, interior style, remodeling and pool design were featured.
Among the highlights of this year’s Parade was the Lake Sheen Showcase Home by Hardwick General Contracting, located in Dr. Phillips, widely known as “Millionaires Row”, and features the most sought-after homes in Central Florida.
Parade-goers were able to search more than 60 entries, take virtual tours, and utilize interactive maps to create personal Parade routes by visiting the new, interactive website, www.ParadeOfHomesOrlando.com, which was the go-to resource to find builder and apartment information, individual open house daily hours, and more.
The Parade of Homes entries are categorized by type and by price to include: Remodel, Community, Single Family, Multi Family-Owned, Custom, Design Specialty Showcase, Apartment Rental Communities, and Build-to-Rent. Each entry was judged by building professionals from across Florida and out of state on the quality of craftsmanship, products used, architectural design and much more.
On June 8 the winners in each category were revealed and celebrated at an awards ceremony held at the Full Sail Live.
